Workers' Compensation Insurance
Workers' compensation provides wage replacement and medical benefits for employees who are injured in the course of employment, in exchange for mandatory relinquishment of the employee's right to sue his or her employer for the tort of negligence.
General damages for pain and suffering, and punitive damages for employer negligence are generally not available in workers' compensation plans.
Who needs Workers' Compensation coverage?
Any entity - individual, company or non-profit organization who has 1 or more employees regardless of the number of hours worked.
Thank you so much for your time. You are so great at what you do and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it when people take pride in their work and do it well. Less money and more coverage… doesn’t get much better than that!

Ron Martin- not just my insurance guy but now a friend! He is sincere and truly cares about you and the success of my business. Checks in periodically just to see how we all are doing. Insurance buying was never so easy. Thanks, Ron.
